What will this look like?
This group class offers foundational guidance on accessing your deep conscious mind, releasing the noise of the busy world, and entering a realm of pure energy, inner peace, and self-healing. Starting with a clearing followed by some in depth learning on various topics.
For those who feel inspired, there will be space to receive individualized attention and deeper personal work in the supportive presence of the group.

Interspaces primarily offers virtual InterConnected Therapy sessions to clients across Countries. While a limited number of in-person appointments are available, most of my work is done online, where sessions are just as meaningful, effective, and deeply engaging. This allows healing, clarity, and support to reach you wherever you are.

Interspaces also offers in-person sessions at our office. These sessions are not “better” than virtual sessions—they are simply a different container for your healing. The cost reflects the extra time, energy, and preparation involved in making the transition from your everyday life into a fully present, grounded state in the office. Traveling, mentally preparing, and stepping into a dedicated healing space requires more energy than attending online from the comfort of your home.
Some clients find this extra structure helps them enter the session more intentionally, while others prefer the ease of virtual work. Both formats are equally powerful and meaningful—the difference is simply in the way the energy is held and how you arrive.

This work supports you in processing challenges from this life as well as deeper patterns carried forward from the past. Start your weekend with a gentle Qigong practice ( beginner friendly) designed to awaken your energy, calm your mind, and support overall well-being. Each session includes simple flowing movements and mindful breath work that help release stress and bring your body back into balance.
Guided by Chip who has been trained in level one and level two Qigong in a graduate level program. This class is suitable for all levels and offers a peaceful, grounding start to your weekend. You will receive a PDF guide with the names of the movements, and you will have access to the recorded session for the entire weekend, so you can practice at your own pace.

Start your week with a quiet, collective practice of presence and intention.
The first five minutes of this session are held as an open space for anyone who wishes to bring in an intention, prayer, or offering of words. You’re welcome to share aloud or type your intention in the Zoom chat.
At 7:35 AM promptly, a bell will sound, signaling the beginning of silent meditation and ancestral clearings. This time is held in silence—no video or sound is necessary. I will be holding silent ancestral clearings for everyone gathered.
You do not need to be sitting up or even fully awake, just present in the Zoom space with the group. When we gather together in harmony, our vibrations become stronger and more deeply rooted.
At 8:05 AM, the bell will ring again to close the session, and the call will end.
