Reflection, Grounding, and Emotional Integration
A class exploring the weight we carry mentally, emotionally, physically, and spiritually — and how to begin creating balance within it.
There can be healing in both too much and not enough — and in learning how to find balance between the two.
Part of this work is learning to let go of what no longer needs to remain within us. The experiences, emotions, patterns, and weight we continue carrying within our cells, nervous systems, and inner worlds.
When we begin clearing space within ourselves, we create room in all areas of life. Some may feel overwhelmed emotionally, mentally, physically, or spiritually. Some may feel overextended in one area while depleted in another.
This work is an invitation to slow down, observe what is being carried, and gently create space for something new.
As we move toward Summer Solstice and the intensification of Fire energy, these small online immersions are designed to support grounding, reflection, emotional digestion, and integration before the season fully arrives.
Together we will explore stillness, movement, qigong, meditation, nervous system awareness, inherited emotional patterns, and the unseen experiences we carry within the body.

$100 per class
If you attend both classes, the second class is discounted by $25.
